Blenks Automotive & Performance Wins Outstanding Customer Service Award from Repco Authorised Service
Blenks Automotive & Performance from Murray Bridge in South Australia took out the prestigious Repco Authorised Service Outstanding Customer Service Award for 2011 at a glittering awards ceremony held at the Four Seasons Sydney on Saturday 17 September. This fiercely contested award recognises outstanding customer service within the proudly independent Repco Authorised Service (RAS) network.
Car service award winner and the owner of Blenks Automotive & Performance Paul Blenkiron is ecstatic with the award: "Now we have had some time to reflect on our win, we can look at our achievements with pride. The changes and investments that we have made to improve our business and train our team in this area have really paid off. In addition to the award, it's noticeable personally as well, our business is stronger and we know our customers are more satisfied. Our mechanics continuously work to improve our customer service levels."
Mr Angelo Rositano nominated the team at Blenks Automotive and Performance for this award because of the business' superior focus on customer service: "Paul, Tania and Mandy and the mechanic team at Blenks car service have enjoyed big improvements in the last 2 years, and Blenks strength has constantly been relationship with their customers. During my visits to the car service workshop I have witnessed the delivery of superior customer service at all times of the day to every customer whether it was face to face or over the phone. To back this up, Blenks Auto was the winner of the South Australian customer service award 2011 which was judged on a mystery shop score both by phone and walk in, they won hands down with a score of 92%!" The award caps off a successful 2011 for Blenks Automotive & Performance and Paul who received the 2011 Murray Bridge and Tourism - Outstanding Customer Service by a business award and 2011 Murray Bridge and Tourism - Outstanding Customer Service by an individual - Paul Blenkiron respectively.
Paul continues: "This award is so special since the vote for us has come from a panel of our peers, as well as our customers. As a standalone independent mechanical workshop, to win this level of award is amazing. We have to thank Angelo Rositano and the RAS management team for the support that they give us, it is simply outstanding. We would not have been able to achieve this without our team. This award belongs in no small part to them and their dedication to providing our customers with the very best standards of customer service.
