Why do I need a log book service?

A log book service is required by the manufacturer to maintain your vehicle warranty.

Will I lose my New Car Warranty if I don't go back to the dealer?

Absolutely not. In fact, you won't lose your warranty if your vehicle is serviced at any Repco Authorised Service. Manufacturers are not allowed to force you to take the vehicle back to them for servicing although they imply it keeps your vehicle warranty intact. Having your vehicle serviced by an independent workshop like Blenks Automotive & Performance not only saves you money, but the whole process is more convenient without affecting your new car warranty at all. I have lost my Log Book, do I need it?

No you do not need your log book as Blenks Automotive & Performance have access to the information required.

Will I receive a digital report of the work you have done?

An invoice either printed or via email can be supplied to you

Will I receive a digital report of what is wrong?

Again this can be done and provided as either a printed or email invoice

How long will the service take?

Depending on what is required within your log book service will depend on how long Blenks Automotive & Performance require your vehicle.

How much will my service cost?

All service costs vary but our staff can give you an accurate price upon booking.

How can I pay for my Service?

Blenks Automotive & Performance accept cash, EFTPOS, direct debit.

When are you Open?

Blenks Automotive & Performance are open 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. We are not open for trading on weekends

What is the earliest time I can bring my car in?

You can drop your car off from 7:30am on any weekday.

Can I drop off my car after hours?

Yes, you can drop your Car after hours. Just let us know when booking your service or repair.

Is there a secure key drop off box after hours?

Yes, Blenks Automotive & Performance have a secure key drop off box for customers who want to drop their car off outside of our normal trading hours.

Can I collect my car after hours?

Yes, that can be arranged when required. Just let our friendly staff when you book your service or drop the vehicle off at our workshop.

Can you pick up my car from home?

Yes. Blenks Automotive & Performance offer a Free pick up and delivery service to our customers.

Can you drop me home when I deliver my car for servicing or repair?

Yes, we can.

What happens if something is not right after my car service?

Blenks Automotive & Performance take great pride in our work, but if something doesn't seem quite right then just contact us straight away so we can address your concerns. We are happy to sort out any problems you might have. Plus you have the added assurance of our Repco Nationwide Warranty if you find yourself out of town.

Will you give me reminders when my next service is due?

Yes Blenks Automotive & Performance can provide service reminders.

Can my car be serviced at the same time it is repaired?

Yes, Blenks Automotive & Performance can carry out a service at the same time as your car is being repaired and vice versa.

How often should I really service my car?

As per manufacturers requirements or 6 months / 10,000km.

I don't drive much, do I still need a service?

Yes you should still have a regular service to prevent fluids degenerating and certain parts from breaking down due to lack of use.

Can you wash my car?

Yes, that service can be arranged if needed. Just let us know when you book your car in.

Do you check my brakes during a service

Yes, Blenks Automotive & Performance check your brakes when your car is booked in for a service.

What type of oils and parts do you use?

Blenks Automotive & Performance only use quality parts and lubricants in our provision of car service or repair.
